This is the Skully flipper, a One Of from Michael Burch. This custom liner lock flipper knife features Chad Nichols Damascus Skull Bolsters, a 1095 blade, Carbon Fiber scales, Titanium frame and a tip up pocket clip both anodized blue as well as blue anodized stand -offs (Michael rarely uses stand-offs on his knives).
