Bret Dowell is a relatively new maker, he's made a number of fixed blade knives and made his first folder within the past year. This is Bret's Swayback slipjoint model featuring beautiful rich green Micarta scales, satin polished bolsters, a stylish swedge on the ATS 34 blade, 416 SS liners and fittings including a Dog Bone escutcheon. This knife has great walk & talk. I like what I see from Bret, his work extremely clean and I believe that his knives will become highly sought after....he already has a several months waiting list. This is a great opportunity to acquire a good knife at a reasonable price.
