Jason Clark - Clip Point

Status - Sold

This is a Jason Clark Persian liner lock, most of Jason's knives are frame locks, i.e. only one side highly finished vs both sides on a liner lock. This liner locking flipper features a beautiful Clip Point blade ground with a pronounced swedge and is crafted from Thomas Damascus hardened to 60 Rc, it rides on IKBS (Ikoma Korth Bearing System) providing for an extremely smooth opening, the bolsters are Timascus, the scales are Ivory Micarta over a gold anodized Titanium frame to compliment the same color within the bolsters, the low profile custom milled pocket clip is Timascus and set for tip up carry, the stainless steel back spacer is polished, a fantastic knife with a great feel and look.

I met Jason Clark at the 2013 Blade Show and was impressed by the quality of his work. Jason has quickly gained recognition and his wait list is already over a year. Jason is a part time maker and displays at a local Florida show and at Blade. He has a background in law enforcement and has been making knives since 2001. He does all the cutting, design work, grinding and hand finishing in house, i.e. no CNC, waterjet, EDM involved. I believe now is a great time to acquire his work as his prices and wait time are both increasing rapidly. This is a particularly fine example of his work.
