Kazak Knives is Oleksander Bogdanovich. This the Black Mamba I Prototype from the Law Defender Series. This knife is of one piece construction made from superior "DARKWATER STEEL ®  with a slightly upswept hunter style blade and dual black carbon fiber scales. The knife comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the designer.

Regarding the steel, from the maker; DARKWATER STEEL® does not have any artificially added or manipulated iron elements as most other current steels found on the market.
