Gerry began making knives in 2004, initially because he wanted a better hunting knife. He started with files and sandpaper, heat-treating with a torch and only did fixed blades. Gerry next moved on to liner locks and flippers. Today, the majority of his knives are flippers. Production companies now produce some of Gerry’s models and he sells his knives via lottery at the various shows he attends.
